As a trusted advisor to boards, investors, and executives in public, private, and private equity organizations, Jeff is a business strategist with extensive experience in operations, sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and information technology within startup and growth environments. Known for his innovative ideas, decisiveness, and ability to motivate diverse teams, Jeff has a proven track record of success.

Jeff has held several executive positions in both public and privately held companies. He excels in developing high-performance teams and adopts a People-First approach, fostering team dynamics to achieve outstanding results.

Having discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a set of simple, practical tools and concepts that help businesses achieve their vision, more than three years ago, Jeff has supported companies running on EOS in a fractional capacity as an integrator and COO. His signature strengths include scaling business operations, operational P&L leadership, growth and turnaround strategy, sales and revenue generation, marketing strategy, and business infrastructure development.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and shares a passion for sailing with his wife and sons. He is also an avid cyclist, jazz enthusiast, and wine collector.
