Incite Business Partners' Privacy Policy

  • We do not collect sensitive or biometric data.

We collect information directly from you via web forms, emails, meetings, and assessments.

Cookies may collect basic technical info via our website.


If you take one of our Incite Ai℠ Assessments (e.g., the Business Wellness Checkup™), you

will be redirected to our diagnostic partner, EvaluSys. Any data submitted on their platform

will be governed by EvaluSys’ privacy policy.


The Business Wellness Checkup™ is a registered trademark of EvaluSys, LLC, used under license

 as part of the Incite Ai℠ diagnostic platform.

4. How and Why We Use Your Personal Information

  • Deliver assessment results, consulting services, or performance improvement strategies.
  • Respond to inquiries or service requests.
  • Track engagement and improve our offerings.
  • Comply with legal requirements.
  • Communicate with you about your engagement or assessments.

5. Who We Share Your Personal Information With

  • EvaluSys (to administer the Incite Ai℠ assessments e.g., the Business Wellness Checkup™)
  • Service providers who support website hosting or CRM tools
  • Share with carefully selected fractional resources (e.g., a fractional CFO, Sales Leader)
  • brought in to support specific client engagements. These individuals operate under formal
  • agreements with Incite Business Partners and are bound by the confidentiality, data
  • handling, and conduct terms set forth in our Fractional Partner Agreement.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, if required
  • We do not sell your personal information

6. Categories of Personal Information Disclosed

We have not disclosed personal information for a business purpose in the past 12 months.

7. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services
  • Respond to legal or compliance inquiries
  • Maintain business records

Once no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

accordance with applicable data protection regulations.


As part of our diagnostic process, Incite receives assessment results from our trusted

partner, EvaluSys—such as the Business Wellness Checkup™ or other diagnostic reports. EvaluSys maintains strict data security and confidentiality standards, including secure data

We treat all such data as confidential and use it solely to deliver services as outlined in our

engagement with each client.

11.Changes to This Privacy Notice.

This policy was last updated on June 17, 2025. We may update this policy and will post

changes on our website.
