I work with businesses navigating growth, complexity, or critical inflection points, utilizing business diagnostics to uncover what’s holding them back, align their teams, and move forward with purpose.
Over the course of my career, I’ve served as President, CEO, COO, and strategic advisor across public, private, and PE-backed companies. My work centers on one core belief:

I founded Incite Business Partners to bring that clarity to others. I’ve developed and refined our approach around two core tools:

While I’ve worked with companies running EOS®, Pinnacle, and other business operating systems, these frameworks do not define how I work. I bring what works, adapt what’s needed, and stay grounded in real-world leadership and accountability.
